In "Conflict Management" you will learn how to resolve conflicts whether it is at home, work, church, or any social organization you currently have membership. Resolving conflicts is a part of life. People have differences in opinions,
beliefs, culture, race, economic statuses, careers, habits, etc. These differences can sometimes cause conflict if people fail to seek understanding, compromise, negotiate, or be optimistic about any situation. The facilitator will help students choose alternative methods to resolving conflicts that will result in positive outcomes. In "Work Ethics In The Workplace," you will learn what work ethics employees should possess in the workplace. The facilitator will go over policies and procedures, dress code, behavior, integrity and much more. You will also engage in discussions to give your views on examples of work ethics. The facilitator will give you the tools that help you succeed in the workplace no matter what profession or career you decide to pursue.
